We accept refund requests for items that are damaged or defective and incorrect shipped,
You can return it as long as the following conditions are met:
The product is damaged upon arrival.
It should be unused and unwashed.
The product should be in the original condition, unaltered or without any sort of damage whatsoever.
The price tags, brand tags and all original packaging must be present
Customers must notify us of any issues with their order within 10 days of receiving the product. Refund requests submitted after this time frame will not be considered.
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5 – 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
